Hi. I want to complete my 3Rd year B.Com I have ATKT in 3 papers of accounts. My last attempt was in 2015.

Please assist. I left didn't retry due to financial crisis.

No, you are not allowed to appear in the exams after 5 years. Graduation exams are of 3 years, hence it provides only 5 years to get into.
