hi, i want to do ielts in just 1 month and i need at least 7 band, plz guide me how it will happen, revert me ASAP.

i am MBA in HR (distance) and i dont think it working so i planing to go abroad for study cum work, will it helpful for me or not? now i m working in mnc, but i resign from there bcz of growth, please guide me, i m very confused about my carrier, plz help me..
