Hi I want to do MS and currently i am in final year of B.Tech. what is the eligibility criteria for it?

Hi Raman, you have not specified in which subject you want to pursue MS and in which subject you are doing BTech.
To be eligible for MS in RWTH an applicant must have GRE (around 1300+) and TOEFL(100+) or IELTS (6.5).
