Hi i want to get a certificate of "diploma in civil engineering" by distance course, i have 10+ exp. in construction, how i wil get.

Dear Sanjay. A 3 years Diploma is distance is currently offered by Karnataka state open university which is recognized by UGC and DEC. Eligibility for the same is 10th. However, please re-consider pursuing a technical program in distance mode due to lack of practical exposure.
