Hello, It depends on the candidate where they had applied. Generally company while posting their vacancies they mentioned whether it is contractual or a part time or a full time. It is also depends upon your knowledge and your performance.

    Good evening !
The students who have achieved jobs out of them some of them are on contractual basis, and the permanency depends on how they perform, while some others have been taken on permanent basis. It all differs from company to company, also on your performance, if the candidates don't perform no company would retain them.
    Thank you.

Shiv Kumar, some companies which are coming for the placement in ICBM have contracts with the students that they will be bound to work for the company upto a particular period of time which is decided by the company while some companies don't have this contractual basis.
