Hi i want to know best low cost Institute with good roi in pdgm retail being a finance student in past can i take up retail course

Hi my budget is around 600000 of which i will take loan of 400000 what are the options available for me for pdgm or pdgm in retail being a ca inter or finance student can i take up retail as my option as i have interest in this please provide me with best Institute so that i can prep accordingly
