Hi Partha, As rightly said by Mr. Nikhilesh Mathur, it is not possible to calculate a CTC as there is a huge gap between the CTC and what you would get as the Net Salary. Also there are several other factors which cannot be determined for calculating one's salary. All i would just is to stay conf

CTC- Cost to Company is itself such a confusing term that it is difficult to deduce it rightly even if you know the related figures. The gap etween CTC and Take Home Salary is huge and is sometimes purposely widened by companies to boost its paying capacity. So partha, try to evalaute your take home
