Hi,I want to know that whether an BMM student is eligible for appearing UPSC examination or graduation is a must?

I'm an arts student & I've just appeared for my 12th boards so I'm confused in choosing between BMM or opting for BA (Bachelor in Arts) as I want to appear for UPSC.. So plz give me a suitable suggestion...
