Hi I want to take transfer from Grenoble campus to Paris campus of the same college as they have the programme at Paris also.

The weather in Grenoble is not suitable for my health because of cloudy and cold and too much of wind so my doctors in India have advised me to take a transfer to Paris as it is less colder and cloudy than Grenoble and it would not harm much to my health can you help me with the same.
