Hi. I wanted to know what is the deadline for applying for scholarships to UK universities n where do I get the application forms

I want to apply for the 2017 Sept. intake to a UK university. I need to know how can I apply for a scholarship, where I can find the form, what is the deadline, eligibility criteria n other main factors to be kept in mind. Besides I've also heard that our govt. too gives scholarship to such students
