Hi I wanted to Know whether PGDBA from Welingkar Institute will be considered as an eligibility Masters degree for a PHD course...?

If it the classroom 2 year full-time pgdba that is recognised by aicte then the answer is yes. the pgdba is now called the pgdm as per aicte norms and the welingkar pgdm is recognised by aiu and aicte and you can do your phd post that.
