Hi, I was trying for MBA from UK but Now i am informed that i can do Btech in mech. eng. frm germany, 11lakhs total. is it a gud option?

I compltd my BA this mnth.my marks were:-+2=80% in science bio. with PCM 10th = 92%.I consulted an agency and they said that:-* first yr german lang. course:- €7000*for rest 3 yrs:- €8040*service charge :- 40000 rs.is it realy cost ths much?Wil i get a job after the course?Wil i get stayback there?
