Hi i would like to study my bachelors in European region, i have completed Diploma in Business level 5 from New zealand. My IELTS is Expired

I have completed Diploma in Business Management Level-5 from NZQA approved Institution in New Zealand. Now i'm back in my Home country India. My IELTS test result is expired. Can i study my Bachelor's in European region without having IELTS score. I had worked in New Zealand for 1 year after study.
