Hi ia m vtu student 5th sem b.e,if i have to apply for change of college under same university.do i have to pay all four years fees.?

I am under c.e.t karnataka quota (government seat).do i have to pay for all semisters at both the colleges during change of college under vtu?

Hi Devidas. Yes you can change your college which is under the same university, providing valid reasons to the registar of examination. It is the registar who is the final decision maker and you should have passed all your examinations in creditable marks also. There should be no arrears also. All t
