hi, you can do some Certification like Microsoft MCP, MCSE, Exchange, Database, ITIL, VMware ,CCNA, any one platform step by step, so that company will give you more chance to prove your self on it...and move to next level & get good pkg... & if you get on the certification by your own.. .. you can
