As you are interested in pursuing your Masters from Germany. I would like to say that Germany is a very good option as Germany is one of the countries known for technological advancements, specially automobiles.

You need to know basic German. (You can learn it.) You should score well. You will admission into German colleges for MS / MTech in Automobile / Mechanical.
