Hi, It is very difficult for you to pursue yout studies in US without taking the IELTS and TOEFL. It is only possible when the university grants you a waiver on the basis of your transcripts and degree wherein you have to prove to the university that you are from an english speaking environment and

even if ur English is good u must have IELTS or TOEFL or Pearson test done for English
