Hi iam studying M.Com in autonomous college can I change in second year of pH to Bangalore university.

Okay you can but it's not easy. First of all you cannot change your level of education. I. e - from Bachelor's to Masters. Or Masters to Ph.D. If you are studying Masters in subject A, you have to study Masters in subject AAT the other university. You have to get approval from both the universities.
