Hi Anand,
All the good and top ranked universities across the globe requires minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, good academic record throughout preferably 60%, TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus, and GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
