Hi iI am Abhiroop Sengupta.I am studying B.COM (2nd year).I want to take preparation for IAS(INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE).I want to know that from which city or state I can get the best guidelines for my IAS preparation but my first preference is KOLKATA but then this from where? please guide me.
