Hi, im a class 11 th student i want to do computer engineering but im confused i want to do my computer engineering from abroad

But is it safe and if yes do they offer some schloarships i got 8.2 cgpa in 10th so i have a chance to pursue my bachelor study from abroad + i dont a rich background pls guide me wht to do i can go to any country in which my future is secure and which offer degrees at affordable fee structure

If you have good financial back then you can do engineering from abroad
