As you have completed your undergraduate degree in biotechnology, it would be always advisable for you to pursue masters in biotechnology, as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation.

Master degree is always about a Specialization of your Subject , If you are planing to opt for Masters I would suggest go for a Specialization which has application in Industry . Right now biotechnology has many application in pharmaceutical Industry . Opting for a specialization that would help you
