Hi, Is an MBA degree from Ulyanovsk State University Russia (affiliate of Moscow State University,Russia) a recognised degree, give details

I am BE graduate with 7+ years experience and wanted to pursue MBA from some recognised institutes. I came across Jaro education which provides MBA from USU, Russia. They are saying its well suited for working professionals since the classes are all virtual and exams are all multiple choices.
