It is better to join a cadet programme rather than a flying school because in a flying school only CPL is provided at the cost of 30 to 35 lakhs rupees and after that a type rating is required which will cost another 30 to 35 lakhs rupees and it has to be done abroad as no flying school in India can type rate you. Also, there is no job guarantee. While in cadet programmes you are there responsibility, all your expense are taken by them and there is job security.

A cadet programme often tends to be more expensive than that offered otherwise. But the high point is that the job is almost 100% guaranteed when it comes to the cadet programme.
