Hi, Is the 1 yr exec MBA considered equivalent to a Masters degree? Please let me know.

No, its not equivalent to regular mba. Though people say its a one year course but you will receive the certificate only after 2 years. No institutions in India can provide you certificate within a year though you complete the course within a year.

NO, MBA is full time programme of minimum 24 months duration
