Hi, just want to know in distance hybrid PGDM in HR how is the placement after completing 2 years & in between what about internships?

Hi Manali, I personally think that distance mode is only good for getting a certificate. Classroom mode is more effective and efficient but if you are going for it I would suggest you to think about the college you are choosing, make sure it has a good placement record and a brand image.
