Hi,m graduate,b.tech mech. 2012.no wrk ex. in past 1 yr.now planning for 1 yr PGD in financial planning. Is it the correct decision?

I was looking for a job as a design engg. but never found any. Now wasted my 1 year, was very confused what to do. so i went to a career counselor. He analysed me and said the best will be to go for PGD in finance from any of the above institutes. Now i want to know which is the best ?
