Hi,
Incase you want to pursue a diploma, only then are you eligible to pursue this program in Canada. Incase you are looking for a degree, you would not be eligible because one has to have a 4 year UG degree to be eligible for a degree in Canada. There are many colleges like Seneca, Humber and many

Yes You can do PG in International Business in Canada. You can get a good college if your BCom results are good and score in TOEFL or realted tests.
