It all depends on where you imagine yourself after 5 years, after 10 years or so. If you want to move up the career ladder quickly and reach managerial level, MBA will have an edge, but if you are satisfied being an accountant, then probably M Com.

There are many more better option lending courses after b.com.Some are short term oriented and some are masters degree.Its your will whether which you would choose.Here is a list of courses which you can pursue after b.com :
