Hello, as per criteria you cannot do hospital management job after completion of 12th from arts. Because the minimum educational qualification requires to opt for hospital management is 10+2 with Biology attaining minimum 50% marks or one can do post graduation degree/Diploma courses and MBA in hospital administration, after graduation in any subject.
