Hi my date of birth is 30/04/1994 can i give NDA-II in august of 2013, if yes than when will be the entry towards NDA ?

Hi,
Go ahead. Candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1993 and not later than 1st July, 1995 are eligible.
The notification will be out on 04-05-2013 for the NDA exam to be held on 11-08-2013.
