Wht i would suggest is that u make sure that this is the field ur daughter definitely want to get in coz interest in the production line and actually working is 2 very different things(the working hours r not fixed n chefs usually work for 16-18 hrs) Anyways IHM Pusa and IHM Mumbai are the best ins
