Hi, my friend had 12 backlogs in B.E those were cleared final yr .is there any effect in getting admission in us universities ?

My friend completed b.techwith 65% now he is planing for ms in us? all the 12 baclogs were cleared is there any problem in getting addmision ? and also when he reached visa pocess when VO ask how many backlogs ? what he has to answer ?

Hi, Please remember the history of backlogs would not affect your friend's chances of getting admission in American universities as long as he fulfils the eligibility criteria for admission, however please make sure that by the time he apply for admission he should not have any backlog and all the
