Hi, my friend wants to be into HR. she has over 3 years experience in sales and currently working in mumbai.She wants to go for PG Diploma in HR Management (PGDHRM) and she has Symbiosis(SCDL) and Sikkim Manipal (Distance Education) in her mind as she cannot attend regular classes. Suggestions??

HI, If she not able to attend the regular college so i suggest her go to MBA-HR, SALES management, instead of taking admission for PGD course. Because PGD is equivalent to MBA, but its not an MBA. So MBA course is definately good that PGD. Some university is provide distance education course in MBA
