Hi my friend wrote puc exam in 2003 commerce. However he failed in history then he apeared in 2006 for history could not pass now what to do

Now he wants to write the exam but the university people are stating that the syllabus have been changed so he should take re-admission and write all 6 subjects for which he is not interested pls suggest.
