yes you can get. first apply to Univesity and get admission. then apply for visa with sufficient proof funds available

Yes, rasul 12th from open schooling does not make a difference, you can apply for BBA in UK. If u want then we are tied up with around 60 good universities in UK and can assist u for admissions in the same. Do let me know
