Hi Niranjan, the only related course I could find for you is MBA Purchasing & Supply Management offered by EBS Oestrich-Winkel; which is a private body. the course is taught completely in English and you will have to clar IELTS/TOEFL. Better than this I think it will be better to go for AUtomotive
