Hi Shyam, you can try for a graduate diploma or a PG diploma which is of 1 yr in duration and will cost you approx 10 lacs including living expenses. hospitality courses are offered by : PIHMS, Otago univ, Victoria univ of wellington, AUT Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12
