Hi, now i am pursuing my M.B.A. and in 3rd semester i need to elect a stream like finance,management, H.R. etc and i also want to continue
my Ph.D so please help me in selecting the subject which is having more demand

As you want to continue your studies for Ph.D I think you have to choose your subject of interest instead of course in demand. Well Mr. Gurvinder is right HR has good demand.
