yes you can but you have to appear for UPSC civil service exam for that you have to first complete your graduation.

Hi Viany.
You must be a degree holder. You can practice from now onwards for the exam for UPSC.
It is conducted in June and November respectively.
There are two exams like preliminary and mains exams.
