Hi Akshar, As rightly said by J3nt your friend should complete his or her inter through Open Schooling (NIOS) as doing Bachelors without completing his/her 12th can create problems at the later stages of your career and also it would not hold much value in the job market. Hope this resolves your q

Not possible. She has to clear Plus 2 first before getting admission in any graduate level course anywhere in India.
