Hi Shabnam, Yes you are eligible for PG in Health science in New Zealand however your MBBS degree should be recognized and approved by MCI. Also your IELTS score is good so you not need to give it again as this score is good enough. You can try for Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health (DPH) from U
