Gaurav. The University of Geneva in Switzerland will probably be the best choice for you. The university business school's strengths are mainly in the luxury goods industry. Give it a try. The medium fo instructuion is English.

Yes you can go for the Executive MBA program.there are some colleges and universities in India those give preference to the experience people.any specific University or college you are looking at?
But remember in Executive MBA you have to attend the classes. If you are able to attend the class then go for this program.
    All the best.

Your base is very weak in education. Either in Schooling or in Graduation you have scored poor. So, go an MBA in a normal mode of 2 yrs through Distance Learning mode or Parttime (Evening/ Weekend Batches) so that you can really add value to your profile and the rush of study of Executive MBA will not resolve your issues in career.
