    Hi Nichu,As you have not mentioned your educational qualification it would be difficult to guide you further on your career. However, if you have just completed your graduation you can definitely look forward to do an MBA with HR as a specialization but remember that if you plan your MBA do it from a decent full time Institute as MBA would hold value only if you do it from a good B-School especially in case of fresher as distance learning would be fruitful for the professionals with good work Experience.The designations could be anything from HR Executive to Manager to VP depending on your own caliber, how you perform on the programme and ho... view more

    Neeraj gupta's suggestion is best for you and you will get any job position in your career with well planning and continue study as i think after Executive MBA you have to join Phd.
