hi shiksha.is there any scope to get admission in mtech(electronics eng) coarse in pec chd on the basis of gud %(79%) in btech..on obc quota

guide me abut mtech admission in pec chandigardh...and its mtech notifications 2012.. can i get admission in pec on % basis..i got 79% aggregate up to 7th sem in btech(ece)...n belong 2 obc category too...plz guide me shiksha thnx in advance:)
