If you want to do engineering do msc-computer now then do m.tech by writing gate exam because 2nd year b.e admission is only to diploma holders and b.sc maths students all the best

As per my knowledge B.Tech 2nd year is open for 3-yrs diploma holders only, so u r not eligible, you can go for MCA, it is also better option for u.
