Hi, should I opt for an MTech in electronics engg in Singapore or in Dubai?

Singapore is one of the finest study destination to pursue masters in electronics and related fields.
A masters degree from universities in Singapore is world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.
To pursue MS from Singapore you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduatio
