Hi Sir I am 2009 BE IT passout,and I am fresher,my academics are not good.company not shortlisted me for any job,I have 10th 57 2000,12th 70 2003 gap for 12th improvement,BE IT 62 at 2009 im with one year gap.I am hard worker for study but I could not get the appropriate result.How I can get the job

hi, you can do some Certification Course, & training but it depends on your education stream,then go for PG with IT, in distance and get some certification like Oracle or Microsoft or Sun, which you choise. then you can startyour carrier in IT. later on you can get some experince so you can move to
