Dear Vinay, you can go for B.Com irrespective of this that you have done science in 12th. But to understand the concepts of commerce you will have to practice the things more than commerce students. Yes, In major Universities B.Com. can be done apart from stream selected in +2. However you'll have to work very hard to get good percents in exams. Try to join some good coaching, as soon as possible, which could clear your concepts of Accounting which you missed in 11th and 12th. Good luck.
