Mohan, Having SQL knowledge will help you a lot. Most of the ERP Application in the world depend on a SQL Database architecture. Along with SQL try to master .Net or Java technologies. Also do you want to be a core technical guy or move up the ladder into management roles?

Mr mohankumar definately you should do this .it has bright future in india approximately 2.55.000 trainers needed until 2015.so u can imagine how imp it is.as a fresher it is difficult to get job but once u ll get job i assure u .u l not look back .bright career.do that get some exp. and be expert
